Return & Cancellation Policy

Human Book Value™ is a paid digital and personalized service. Once payment is successfully completed, a unique order/reference number is generated, access to the assessment may be made available immediately, and the Service is deemed to have commenced.

No Refunds After Payment

Because this is a digital service that begins immediately upon payment, all sales are final. No refund, return, or cancellation will be available once payment has been made, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Policy.

This includes where:

  • a unique order or transaction reference has been generated;
  • access to the assessment has been provided;
  • you have viewed, started, or answered any assessment questions;
  • you have submitted responses; or
  • any personalized report, score, roadmap, or other output has been generated, made available, or delivered.

Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing the Service, you acknowledge that:

  • the Service is digital in nature;
  • it begins immediately after payment;
  • a unique reference number is generated upon purchase; and
  • no refund or cancellation is available after payment, except where required by law or where we confirm a verified delivery or technical failure under this Policy.

Non-Delivery, Crashes, or Technical Failure

If you do not receive your report, cannot access it, or the assessment/report page crashes or fails due to a technical issue, contact [email protected] with:

  • the email used for purchase;
  • your order/reference number or transaction ID; and
  • a short description of the issue, with screenshots if available.

If we verify that the report was not delivered or that a technical failure on our side prevented completion or delivery of the Service, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including:

  • re-sending the report;
  • restoring access;
  • allowing re-submission of the assessment; or
  • issuing a refund where it is proven that the report was not received or the Service failed due to an issue on our side.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, including for a duplicate charge, contact [email protected] with your purchase email and transaction reference. Verified billing errors may be corrected by refund, reversal, or another appropriate remedy.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • change of mind;
  • failure to complete the assessment after payment;
  • dissatisfaction with your answers, score, or results;
  • errors in information submitted by you; or
  • requests made after the Service has commenced.

Chargebacks and Misuse

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact [email protected] to allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue. If a chargeback is initiated for a valid charge not caused by our verified error, we may suspend access to the Service and restrict future purchases.

We also reserve the right to deny refund requests or restrict access in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, or bad-faith attempts to obtain digital output without valid payment.

Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
